RMA SERVICE & REPAIR
With our service and repair web-based software solution you can process quick customer item returns direct to stock, or run the returns through the inspection process first. The inspection process allows you to track service work performed so you can fix & repair a part prior to putting the item back into stock. For items that are unrepairable, disassemble them for parts or destroy the part completely. Our return merchandising authorization module is a snap to use.
An RMA transaction is important to both you and your customer, because it tracks returns being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. For your customer, the RMA number is used as a reference when calling about the progress about a return. FreshVu2Go’s service and return module allows you to track and search for a return by RMA, customer name, description, invoice number, locations, status, item, quantity and operation required.
Important: To activate this optional module, login to your FreshVu2Go account and select “upgrade plan”. You will automatically see an optional modules list if you have a Bronze, Silver or Platinum account. You cannot purchase an optional module on the free plan.
